Saya & JK Holding Joint Venture , as per agreement signed in March 12,2012 between Saya company & JK - Holding to Developed a housing project under the name of Al-Kawther Housing Park located in Hilla-Babel that comprises of 1061 housing units with all its facilities based on license issued by Babel Investment commission (BIC). The project is being constructed by JK holding subsidiary EEC Contracting company.

The Blue Tower company is privately owned, The company developed the Blue Tower, a residential Tower located in the heart of Sharjah City on Sheikh Khaled Lake, it was built in 2012. The tower is a residential building consists of 42 floors , Basement , and Ground , These floors contain for 198 Flats , 4 Duplex penthouse , Swimming pool , Jacuzzis , Saunas , and Gymnasiums.
